The department of Radio Diagnosis and Imaging at SDAH provides round-the-clock service using wide range of radio-imaging techniques. The team of radiologists and imaging technologists at SDAH perform diagnosis such as MRI, CT Scan, interventional radiography and mammography with the utmost care and accuracy. We have the most modern, state-of-the-art equipment such as 3D & 4D ultrasound machines, 64 slice multidetector CT, 1.5 Tesla MRI, Digital x-rays

  • Neurovascular interventions: aneurysm coiling, stroke thrombectomy, carotid stenting, intracranial stenting, brain AVM embolization, dural AV fistula embolization, carotico-cavernous fistula embolization, a vein of Galen malformation and other paediatric neurovascular malformation, spine and spinal cord vascular malformation
  • Embolization: bronchial artery (hemoptysis), GI bleeding, uterine fibroid, prostatic artery embolization for BPH, post-surgery bleeding, preoperative tumour embolization Peripheral angioplasty and stenting
  • Aortic interventions: aneurysm, dissection, traumatic injury
  • Venous interventions: varicose vein (laser ablation), DVT lysis, stenting
