We recommend you book in advance whenever possible while consulting a doctor. You may book in advance using one of the below channels.
If you are visiting the hospital for the first time, then you may pre-register your personal particulars.
Government issued ID proof, referral letter if any, ESI/ECHS letter if applicable, SDAH registration card (if you have visited SDAH earlier)

Parking is available within the hospital premises, on first come fist serve basis.
approach a counter to fill the preregistration details yourself. Please note that if you have visited the hospital even once you don’t have to register again. You may contact one of the counters and they will help you retrieve your card number.
Wheelchairs are available at the entrances of the blocks. Once you reach any of the blocks, the Attendants shall provide the wheel chair or trolley according to your needs and take you safely to the required destination as per your request. During your process of consultation, if you need the service, you may contact the Customer Relations Executive posted in OP areas or the OP Attendant at the OPD or Customer Relations Department.
Payment can be made at any of the billing counters after which you can proceed to the doctors OPD.
SDAH accepts all major debit and credit cards, UPI (Unified Payment Interface)
Once you have checked in from any of the billing counters and have reached outside the doctors OP, your booking time ( in case you have an appointment ) or token number ( in case you have checked in as a walk in ) would flash on the QMS TV placed outside, indicating that the doctor is ready to see you.
Billing for investigations and procedures can be done at any of the OP counters spread across the hospital. Payment and Billing should be done prior to proceeding to the lab or other investigative/procedure rooms.
If you want to meet the doctor the same day for reviewing the result, you may go the OPD directly. Please remember to book your appointment for your next review before you leave the hospital.
